250ml milk
140g flour (1 cup, 4 ½ oz, 130g)
½ tsp salt
steps
preheat oven to 200°C.
whisk the eggs.
whisk in the milk.
mix in the flour & salt.
pour into muffin cups.
bake for 25 minutes.
pierce the top of each popover to release the steam.
