40g flour
1 egg
soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
50g finely shredded cabbage
2-3 finely sliced scallions
optional fillings (e.g. fried mushrooms & tofu)
optional mayo
steps
mix the flour and egg until a smooth paste.
stir in the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
turn the cabbage and one of the scallions into the mixture.
turn any fillings into the mixture.
thin the batter with water if needed.
fry for about 5 minutes on each side.
serve with a drizzle of mayo on top, topped with the remaining scallions.
