coffee jelly

needs

• 350ml coffee
• 4g agar agar powder
• 2tbsp maple syrup

steps

1. brew a pot of coffee.
2. pour the coffee into a saucepan.
3. add maple syrup
4. bring to a boil.
5. lower heat, then add agar agar powder.
6. stir constantly for 2 minutes.
7. pour the mixture into two small bowls or cups.
8. let stand for 30 to 60 minutes.
